SoNET’s iJob application proved to be a star at the ACE Conference (Australia’s Disability Services Conference) held in Hobart last week, which comprised of more than 450 delegates. The ACE Conference is an important annual event for disability employment professionals. It allows delegates to consider and question a range of critical industry issues that are meaningful to their organisations and jobseekers with disabilities. The conference was held by ACE National Network Inc, the peak body for Australia’s Disability Employment Network and other disability employment professionals. ACE aims to ‘get a better deal’ for people with disabilities participating in the workforce, and represents the interests of members at a national level.
SoNET’s booth attracted a sparked the interest of a wide range of delegates, with over twenty presentations being made during the conference. The application’s flexibility, ease of use and simple hosting delivery model over the web with full support included impressed delegates. Yet again SoNET awarded three lucky delegates with ACER Netbook Computer, iPod nano and External Hard Drive prizes.
